Corrosion Protection for
Heat Transfer Coils
First used in the early 1950's, Heresite
P-413 baked
phenolic coating has effectively demonstrated its value
in protecting heat transfer coils from corrosive attack,
thereby extending equipment service life.
Heresite coating of heat transfer coils is a multiple
coat
application (dipping and baking) which results in complete
coverage of the fins, tubes, headers, casings, etc.
- the entire coil is protected!

Advantages
more economical
than special coil materials
excellent adhesion and flexibility
temperature resistant up to 450 degrees F
(depending upon corrosive atmosphere)
provides protection
at sub-zero temperatures
good thermal conductivity (no need to add surface due
to
presence of Heresite coating)
easy to clean (versus non-coated coils)
"FDA Approved" in the United States
